Best Pulled Beef Recipe – Pulled Beef Sandwich

This has got to be the best pulled beef recipe ever! I smoked a 24 pound beef shoulder clod and made some out of this world pulled beef sandwiches. The rubs I used were Texas Beef from Kosmos Q and my homemade version of SPG. This shoulder clod smoked for 10 hours at 275 degrees on my Yoder Frontiersman offset smoker. If you’re having a party or watching the game with your friends and family, I highly recommend this recipe. You can make nachos, tacos, burritos etc. with the left overs and trust me, you will have left overs.
