Costco Fans Say Its New Take-and-Bake Meal Is the ‘Best One Yet’

Written by

Costco has plenty of great finds to keep the fridge and pantry full, but it’s also the perfect place to grab a quick meal on busy weeknights. The food court’s iconic hot dogs, pizza, and ice cream are always a hit with the family. And we can’t forget about the rotisserie chicken, which can be used in countless recipes. Another staple that Costco shoppers love is the store’s prepared meals. From cheesy enchiladas to meatball sandwiches, there’s something for all tastes—and new options are always hitting shelves.

Recently, one Costco shopper spotted a new take-and-bake pizza, and fans are saying it’s the “best one yet.”

Costco’s New Four Meat Pizza

Costco is now offering Four Meat Pizza on Roman-style pinsa crust. The hearty pizzas feature San Marzano-style tomato sauce topped with cheese and a variety of meat, including slow-aged pepperoni, Italian sausage, chopped Italian meatballs, and soppressata, an Italian cured meat. Each pizza is served on Roman-style pinsa, a light and chewy crust similar to flatbread

Last year, Costco launched a Margherita Pizza on the same crust, and fans were thrilled with the texture and taste. Despite some customers’ love for the cheesy pesto-topped pie, the price caused many to pass it up. You’ll be happy to know that even though the new pizza is loaded with meat, it’s even cheaper, ringing up at just $14.99.

On Instagram, @Costcohotfinds was among the first to snag one, and fans raced to the comment section to share their excitement. “Combo pinsa and top-quality hot soppressata. Looks super delicious!” wrote one person. “The crispy edges. Yes, please!” added another.

“My husband and I went to get one yesterday after watching this video. This pizza is sooo good and worth the price,” said one user who tried the new entrée.

Some commenters felt that despite the price drop, it’s still too expensive, noting that Domino’s and other chains have cheaper options. “Should be $10 or under if Little Caesars offers the same thing for $12 baked,” wrote one person. In response, someone pointed out that the biggest difference is the quality. While it’s true that you can get a less expensive pizza elsewhere, you’re unlikely to find soppressata at those chains, and they don’t offer pinsa as a crust option either.

So the next time you find yourself dashing between summer activities without a dinner plan, be sure to grab a Four Meat Pizza for a speedy meal the whole family will love. And while you’re there, why not pick up a few of Costco’s best grocery deals—it might even save you time by avoiding the weekend crowd.
