Costco is now offering Four Meat Pizza on Roman-style pinsa crust. The hearty pizzas feature San Marzano-style tomato sauce topped with cheese and a variety of meat, including slow-aged pepperoni, Italian sausage, chopped Italian meatballs, and soppressata, an Italian cured meat. Each pizza is served on Roman-style pinsa, a light and chewy crust similar to flatbread.
Last year, Costco launched a Margherita Pizza on the same crust, and fans were thrilled with the texture and taste. Despite some customers’ love for the cheesy pesto-topped pie, the price caused many to pass it up. You’ll be happy to know that even though the new pizza is loaded with meat, it’s even cheaper, ringing up at just $14.99.
