Israel Wofford’s grilling journey began in 2016 when he purchased his first Weber kettle charcoal grill. As one does, he turned to Instagram to look for content pertaining to his new hobby. But the content was seriously lacking at the time, so he seized the opportunity and the handle @izzygrillz, and began making how-to grilling videos in 2019. He amassed 2,000 followers by the end of the year, and today more than 22,700 people follow along. He’s gotten to partner with some of the biggest brands in barbecue, including Char-Griller and Masterbuilt. We asked Wofford to share a recipe with us for summer grilling season, and he presented us with this dish that will be the star of the cookout.
