A Northern Kentucky pizzeria is making its “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives” debut July 11.

Camporosso in Ft. Mitchell is set to appear on season 42, episode 1, of the Food Network show led by celebrity chef Guy Fieri.

Two specific Camporosso recipes are featured in the episode, titled “Trinidad, Thailand and Italy“: the Bucatini all’Amatriciana pasta dish and the Cincinnati Style Chili Pizza, according to the episode’s description.

Fieri teased his “Triple-D” Cincinnati filming to The Enquirer on May 5 while visiting Jungle Jim’s in Eastgate.

“We just shot three ‘Triple D’ joints today that are what I call ‘destination restaurants,’ like you would drive a couple hours to come and get to one of these restaurants. And I’m not going to tell you what they are yet. You probably already know, but they’re big and they’re hot. Get ready,” he said.

The TV personality added that he tried a Cincinnati chili pizza earlier in the day, which he called “jaw-dropping.”
