WASHINGTON — Monday, Aug. 4 is National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day, and plenty of spots are celebrating with sweet deals.

Anyone who stops by a DoubleTree hotel can get a free chocolate chip cookie, whether checking into a room or just passing through. Back in 2020, DoubleTree notably revealed the recipe for its iconic chocolate chip cookies, which were initially offered as a VIP treat before being expanded to a check-in perk for all guests. The recipe, which contains some unexpected ingredients like rolled oats, walnuts and lemon juice, can be found here.

Customers can get a free Chocolate Chunk Cookie with any purchase on Aug. 4.
Jacques Torres Chocolate
Customers can shop chocolate chip cookies and cookie mixes in-store and online, and get 25% off on Aug. 4.

On August 4, Milk Bar is giving the first 25 customers at all bakeries a free cookie.
