Jamie Oliver has so many classic recipes and tips when it comes to cooking at home. For years, he has provided an array of delicious dishes from a two-ingredient pie dough to easy appetizers that can be made in the air fryer. Jamie is always cooking up new ideas for at-home chefs to create.
However, recently, he released a new rendition of a classic that has the internet torn. While the dish itself looks delicious, it’s the topping Jamie decides to put on the dish that has people second-guessing his flavor recommendation.

Jamie Oliver Uses Grapes as a Pizza Topping
Jamie shared on Instagram a new recipe for a homemade pizza—with grapes as one of the toppings. He captioned the video with, “GRAPES do belong on a pizza yes I said it!”
In the post, Jamie creates a margherita pizza, stretching a ball of dough into a flat circle and spreading a spoonful of red sauce on top. He then shaves red onion, which he mixes with olive oil and rosemary to sprinkle on top of the pizza. Next, Jamie slices a few red grapes and places them on top with a few pieces of mozzarella cheese. After cooking the pizza, he remarks, “That is a mighty pizza. I’m telling you it’s delicious.”
While Jamie is very excited about his creation in the video, fans in the comments section have mixed thoughts. One viewer wrote, “Grapes? Ahemmm… feeling a little weird about it.” Another fan said, “Hmm, not sure about grapes. But, of course, I’ll try anything that you make.”
