Make stuffed peppers for breakfast using eggs.
ProblemSolved, USA TODAY
The breakfast sandwich must be the very best of what breakfast cuisine has on offer. Its possibilities are endless.
Build it on a bagel, on an English muffin, on whatever you want. Sit down to eat it, take it on the go. As long as you’re building on a foundation of melted cheese and egg, you can’t really go wrong. Want to add avocado? That’s great. Want beans? That works too. You can make it spicy with hot sauce, or you can sweeten it up with a dash of honey and a slice of butter.
The premise of the breakfast sandwich is so firm, the foundation so solid, that really, it’s hard to find a bad one. But today, we care more about finding the very best one — specifically, the best breakfast sandwich in Brockton.
Here are the rules of the game: polls remain open until Friday, Aug. 22, at noon, and each computer can only vote once every 12 hours. As always, the winner of the poll will receive a feature-length profile in the following week’s Enterprise.
