LANSING, Mich. (WILX) -This month WILX is supporting Mitten Misfits for their Make an Impact campaign. The nonprofit provides a forever home to rescue farm animals. To support the campaign, Cakes a Bloomin’ is partnering and encourgaing the community to get involved. To make things sweeter, they teamed up with Studio 10 and are utilizing Rachelle’s Recipe of Upsidedown Pineapple Cake. For customers who order this recipe at Cake’s A Bloomin’, during the month of September, 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Mitten Misfits.
