I’m very excited about our new book of fake out cakes, and my favorite recipe from this book are these little fried chicken cake balls. We made these into little chocolate cake pops and then we stuck *** pretzel and *** marshmallow into the cake pop, shaped it like fried chicken, and then we just dipped it in white. Chocolate this becomes the bone and then we melted butterscotch chips and here’s the secret we dump cornflakes into it so that it looks like real fried chicken batter. Once you get the cornflakes in, you just dip these in and this has *** little bit of coconut oil in it so that it hardens at room temp and when you’re done, you have little fried chicken legs to serve.
