Who says you need sauce to make a great pizza? This white pie is packed with big, bold taste. It’s got fragrant oregano and garlic, stretchy mozzarella, salty Parmesan and a pop of freshness from peppery arugula. The sweet balsamic drizzle ties it all together.
Technique tips: Make sure to have your grill set to a medium setting for grilling off the shell then reduce to medium low temp to finish cooking and melt the cheese. If having a hard time finishing the pizza on the grill, you can always transfer the topped pizza to a baking tray and place in a preheated oven set at 425 F to finish cooking.
