Wonder serving TikTok star’s cupcakes, salad

Melissa Ben-Ishay, a New York Times bestselling cookbook author and founder of Baked by Melissa, has partnered with Wonder to offer her Rainbow Kale Salad and bite-sized cupcakes at Wonder’s 50 food halls in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Philadelphia.

“Wonder is a dream partnership because it gives our community a chance to get my favorite salad and our bite-size cupcakes delivered right to your door in one simple transaction,” Ben-Ishay said in a company press release. “More so, our partnership with Wonder is the first of its kind, with focus on both my delicious recipes as well as our core product, bite-size cupcakes! We see tremendous potential and synergy in this new relationship.”

The collaboration marks the first time Ben-Ishay’s salad recipe, which has garnered over 40 million views on TikTok, will be available as a menu item. The Rainbow Kale Salad, priced at $10.95, is featured in Wonder’s Royal Greens concept, while Baked by Melissa’s “Party Safe Original Greats” six-pack of cupcakes retails for $8.95 at Wonder’s Room for Dessert.

Customers may use Wonder’s multi-restaurant ordering feature to combine Ben-Ishay’s offerings with menu items from other chefs and restaurants available through Wonder, including Bobby Flay and José Andrés.

Founded in 2008 by Melissa Ben-Ishay, Baked by Melissa is a New York-based dessert company known for its handcrafted bite-sized cupcakes and treats. The brand operates 11 retail locations in the NYC area, ships nationwide and has sold over 400 million cupcakes. Melissa Ben-Ishay’s viral TikTok salad recipes led to her New York Times bestselling cookbook, “Come Hungry.”
