We’re big fans of divisive (Brussels sprouts, beets…) or somewhat bewildering (radishes, leeks…) ingredients, but there are some that need barely any introduction, like cherry tomatoes. Similar to avocados or peaches, the answer to “what should I do with them?” is put them in EVERYTHING (yes, even a cocktail like our tomato-tini). That said, if you’ve got a special pint from the farmers’ market or are drowning in mini tomatoes from your garden, we’ve got you. These 43 cherry tomato recipes will make perfect use of your end of summer bounty (and can be enjoyed all year long!).
When we say cherry tomatoes, we are specifically talking about those sweet mini globes with the thin skin, but oblong grape, slightly larger cocktail, or mysteriously labeled “baby” tomatoes will all work in most of these recipes too. The best thing about all of these is that, yes, they are exceptional in July and August, but are also your best bet if you’re craving a tomato in the dead of winter. That’s because they contain less water than, say, a beefsteak tomato, so they don’t get as mealy out of season.
On to the recipes! Cherry tomatoes are great as the star of a dish, like in our cherry tomato pasta, our whipped mozzarella dip with burst cherry tomatoes, or our baked feta pasta, or just as a supporting cast member, like in our creamy Tuscan chicken, our summer salmon skillet, or our corn salad. Cherry tomatoes also make for a great anytime condiment, but don’t just take our word for it—make our roasted tomatoes, our homemade sun-dried tomatoes, or our rosemary tomato jam and just try not to add them to all your meals.

Baked Feta Pasta
This is the story about another viral TikTok trend that we kinda sorted wanted to hate… but didn’t. Obviously roasting a block of feta with bursting tomatoes is going to be amazing. But is it good enough to break the Internet? Our answer, begrudgingly, is yes. It’s genius.
