It’s a bird! It’s a plane! No, it’s Costco’s 58-ounce pumpkin pie—and they’re officially back in warehouses ahead of the 2025 holiday season.
The beloved 12-inch Kirkland Signature Pumpkin Pies—that ring up for just $5.99—have become synonymous with celebrating the start of fall, and some even argue they are the best Kirkland deal in the warehouse. Like other Costco finds—we’re looking at you, $1.50 hotdog and drink combo—the pie’s price has not fluctuated over the years.
While the brand hasn’t made any official announcements on their own social channels, plenty of Costco-themed accounts have been sharing the good news as the jumbo-sized fall treats pop up in warehouses across the country.
“Omgeeee pumpkin pies spotted today and the same great price of $5.99! Is it too early or will you be buying one?” one account captioned a photo of pies back in August that had made their warehouse debut.

Another account uploaded a video of the pies, writing “Pumpkin Pie is BACK at Costco! A classic fall favorite…and STILL an incredible deal at Costco! Only $5.99 for 3.6lbs!”
Fans were quick to join the excitement.
“The best! Mild spices to suit everyone’s taste. Great price,” one wrote.
Another wrote, “I love their pies. The pumpkin is my favorite.”
But not everyone was joining in the celebration.
“Someone can have my pie. Yuck,” one Facebook user wrote.
While we don’t always like to pick favorites at Southern Living, Costco’s pie did rank as a favorite among store-bought pumpkin pies based on flavor, crust, and texture.
I guess what they say is true—it’s the most wonderful time of the year…even if it’s only September.
