Costco has done it again! Tired shoppers are in for a treat (literally) when they order the newest dessert to hit Costco’s food court menu — and this one looks even better than their new brownie sundae.
In case you missed it, Costco debuted a Salted Caramel Brownie Sundae earlier this week. The indulgent dessert is made with vanilla ice cream, brownie bits, and caramel drizzle that fans were calling “a must try” and tasting like “heaven.”
But shoppers and Instagram creators @whats_in_your_cart and @costcodeals spotted another new cold dessert that you’ll need on your next Costco run. This one is the brand-new Cold Brew Caramel Freeze coffee drink of your dreams.

“There were so many new food court items yesterday on the screen,” they captioned a joint post. “… I love cold brew and it’s been hot here. Perfect way to end another Costco run! Sorry it’s not the combo pizza or the churros 🤣😂”
The coffee drink, which was spotted in Fremont, California, is just $2.99, which is about $3 cheaper than a similar drink at Starbucks. From the video, it’s covered in caramel drizzle pooling down the sides with a yummy cold foam on top. You’d probably be ready for another trip around Costco after drinking that!
Someone posted about the drink on the Costco subreddit, with some people complaining that the drink was “way to[o] sweet.” However, others praised the new drink, saying it “looks delicious” and came “just in time for winter.”
Caramel is a favorite year-round but paired with coffee in the fall sounds like the perfect treat. It’s sweet like the brownie sundae but has the added perk of caffeine, and we can’t wait to try it.
