The pizzeria brand known for its Brooklyn-imported dough and family recipes will debut in Deerfield Beach this November.
NY Pizza Place is preparing to open a new restaurant in Deerfield Beach by mid- to late November. Owner Kelley Allen shared this news with Business Debut, highlighting that the upcoming location at 1660 SE 3rd Ct, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441 will be part of the company’s expanding ventures. This will be their fourth restaurant, with a fifth location set to launch in Pompano around the same time.
What to Expect
At the heart of NY Pizza Place’s offerings is New York-style pizza, crafted from dough imported weekly from Brooklyn and topped with grande cheese, a signature of genuine New York slices. The sauce is a marriage of tomatoes from New York and Italy, created from a family recipe from Allen’s wife.

Beyond pizza, customers can look forward to the “panoso”—a sandwich made with pizza dough folded and filled with options like meatballs or chicken parmesan. The menu also features jumbo air-fried wings, which Allen described as “guiltless” due to their preparation method.
A highlight of the restaurant will be its imported Italian oven, dubbed “the Dragon.” This oven features a rotating brick chamber with three temperature zones, allowing pizzas to cook evenly in under six minutes without burning.
The restaurant will operate under a fast-casual model, accommodating 10 to 12 guests indoors with additional seating options outdoors.
Ownership
Allen emphasized the collaborative spirit driving the business forward. “It wouldn’t be possible without my wife, Elyshia, and Kris, our managing partner, along with his wife, Francesca. We’re all partners in crime,” he told Business Debut.
Opening Timeline
The Deerfield Beach spot aims to open its doors in mid- to late November 2025, alongside the Pompano location.
The restaurant will welcome guests every day of the week. Hours of operation are:
- Sunday through Thursday: 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.
- Friday and Saturday: 11 a.m. – 10 p.m.
