Kim Kardashian knows how to balance her work and her play, even when it’s her birthday.
The multi-hyphenate mogul shared a vlog-style recap of her 45th birthday festivities in Paris on Tuesday, Oct. 21, starting with the many photoshoots and interviews she had in her schedule to promote Ryan Murphy‘s forthcoming legal drama series, All’s Fair, in which she stars alongside Naomi Watts, Niecy Nash-Betts, Sarah Paulson and Teyana Taylor.
In the video, shared to the star’s social media on Sunday, Oct. 26, the proud mom of four, 45, sat down with fellow All’s Fair co-star Watts, 57, for a press interview and gushed about the lunch she had: “an amazing Caesar salad.”

Although she continued to rave about how the salad was “so good,” the reality star’s makeup artist, Ariel Tejada, called her “weird” because she didn’t have the creamy Caesar dressing to go with her salad.
“I know, I don’t like dressing,” explained Kardashian, but Watts was equally confused, questioning, “What is a Caesar without the dressing?” Ariel went on to explain that it’s “just salad and chicken” along with parmesan cheese, and typically includes croutons, but it’s likely the SKIMS founder forgoes those as well.
While salad may have been on the menu during the hectic day, the evening’s eats were much more extravagant and fitting for the event. After stepping onto the red carpet for the premiere of the Hulu series with the star-studded cast, Kardashian partied the night away at the cabaret club Crazy Horse Paris.
Kardashian documented the night on her Instagram Stories, where she shared a snap of her being gifted a gigantic, flaky croissant. “Wait, this is the biggest croissant I’ve ever seen in my life, I thought it was cake!” the star can be heard saying on-camera.
The media mogul also shared a photo of her white birthday cake, decorated with raspberries and small red and white hearts, and tagged her All’s Fair co-stars, Watts, Paulson, Nash, Close and Taylor.
Wow, it smells so good, and it’s still hot,” she added from behind the camera.
Following a wardrobe change — a baby blue vintage Christian Dior by John Galliano gown from the house’s Spring/Summer 2000 collection, as described by Vogue – the All’s Fair co-stars sang Stevie Wonder‘s “Happy Birthday” as she stood alongside a stunning cake taller than her in a video taken by designer Amina Muaddi.
